Welcome to Cinnamon Hill Family Villa. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure a safe and peaceful stay for all our guests.

1. Reservations & Advance Deposit

  • To secure your requested dates, an advance deposit of Rs. 5,000 (or USD equivalent) is required via bank transfer or approved payment gateway.
  • Your reservation is only confirmed once this deposit is received and acknowledged by our staff.
  • The remaining balance must be paid upon check-in or prior to departure, as agreed with management.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
  • In the event of a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited entirely.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: We offer a flexible 24-hour reception window. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time.
  • Check-out: Standard morning check-out applies (flexible between 1:00 AM and 11:00 AM). Late check-outs must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

4. House Rules & Conduct

  • Parties & Events: To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the estate, large events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and loud music are strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking: The interior of the villa is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor garden areas.
  • Pets: We are a pet-friendly property. Pets stay free of charge, but owners are fully responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any damages caused.

5. Property Damage & Liability

  • Guests are financially responsible for any breakages, missing items, or damage caused to the villa, furniture, or estate property during their stay.
  • Cinnamon Hill Family Villa is not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings that occur on the property, within the spice gardens, or during off-site excursions.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The terms active at the time of your booking will apply to your stay.
